Mise-en-scene: Stranger Things analysis.

Image
Intro: Stranger things is based in 1980 Hawkins in Indiana Costume:  three boys are wearing causal clothes Expression: The three boys looked quite shocked of what they saw in the basement. Lighting: Darkness, flickering light. This suggests that it is a very scary place. Setting: House-basement, forest-dark and foggy. This suggests that the boys lost ability to focus of what they saw. Props: Government-lab, sign says restricted. This suggests that only people who are connected to this purpose can come. Actors placement/movement/expression: scared claustrophobic.
