when smaller companies works for big brand like Disney.

3) What are the benefits for media companies of vertical integration?

It can increase the chances of gaining more profit and you won't have to look for bigger brands for resources.

4) What are the benefits for media companies of horizontal integration?

It will increase market share and reduce the competitions in the market

Disney have used Pixar Animation Studios and Facebook haves used Instagram, Amazon have synergy by partnering with Nike and Adidas.

6) What is convergence and what device has changed the relationship between audiences and producers? 

Mobile phones, watches, tv, computers, and social media has changed everything because now audience connects within social like Instagram, Facebook.

7) Why did Facebook buy Instagram for $1bn?

Because Instagram became Facebook's competitor which would gain a loss the business.

 1) EBI- Longer, more detailed answers in the higher mark questions example: Q3 and Q6.
