Q6: In my opinion it is difficult to agree with this statement because in terms of film finance Hollywood blockbusters is a multi-billion dollar industry viewed world-wide Marvel would easily spend $200m on global marketing and it is idealised by the audience which so many looks in for entertainment not for a extremely political film like `I Daniel Blake. However, it could be reasoned that independent film such as Ken loach's `I Daniel Blake is not trying to compete with Disney and Marvel but on the other hand trying to pave their own ways. Despite the fact `I Daniel Blake is a low-budget independent film it made £11m world-wide at the box office in as `I Daniel Blake is a non-fictional story in which it states the true story of ordinary working class people who's benefits were denied by the government. Moreover, the film `I Daniel Blake is more realistic as it shows how vulnerable ordinary gets treated they deserve it the most highlighting this brutal system. In Conclusion `I Daniel Blake served a positive impact for the audience as famous faces were seen for the film marketing in which it made it more effective than Hollywood blockbusters.
